March 2023: AGM Abogados announced Julio Menchaca Vite, Head of M&A and Latam Desk at AGM Abogados, has recently been appointed Partner of the area. Since 2015 he has been part of the Corporate M&A and Crisis Management and Business Continuity departments of AGM Abogados, advising all types of companies and investment funds on mergers and acquisitions, distressed M&A, corporate law, commercial contracts, refinancing processes and insolvency proceedings. In 2021 he became Head of these areas in the Barcelona office, as well as Head of the Latam Desk inaugurated in November 2021, which he leads together with Julio Rocafull, M&A Partner in the Madrid office.

November 2022: On 17 November, the list of the best lawyers in Spain highlighted by the previously recognised lawyers themselves was published as part of the “The Best Lawyers in Spain® 2023” guide. In this new edition, 15 of (the firm’s) professionals are highlighted, two more than last year, a year in which (the firm) had already surpassed the record of previous editions.
