We are the largest of the Polish law firms. Since 1993 our experts have advised both Polish and foreign clients from almost all business sectors. We currently have over 150 experts in 3 locations – Warsaw, Poznan and Wroclaw.
We believe that close relations bring better solutions. Our efficiency is down to our close co-operation with our clients. Working within thirty inter-disciplinary groups of specialists, we take a holistic approach to problems. Despite our numbers and diversifications, what distinguishes us is our engagement, availability and full understanding of our clients’ needs. We combine traditional legal values – reliability, timeliness and risk elimination – with flexibility and goal-orientation. We would like our approach to become standard in the sector.
In many situations, finding the right solution is the outcome of in-depth analyses carried out by specialists in various fields. Our team specializes in almost all aspects of commercial law, meaning that we offer professional solutions to even the most complex issues.
All our clients’ matters are examined comprehensively by multi-disciplinary teams. We also use external experts if required, e.g. foreign law firms and business specialists from international consulting firms. To meet the needs of our foreign clients, we advise them in their own language: English, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Russian. We assist firms and investors from a variety of sectors and industries, including: construction, energy and natural resources, financial institutions, real estate, commercial networks and consumer goods, pharmaceutical and healthcare, public sector, technology, media and telecommunications, transport.
We have worked for years to maintain our good reputation and professional prestige, helped by our many years’ experience in advising on large complex projects, introducing innovative solutions and working with very demanding clients. The years of work and widening our expert knowledge enables us to resolve even the most complex legal issues.
This is also why we have for years taken first place in rankings of law firms drawn up by Rzeczpospolita daily and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily. We have also been distinguished and recommended in international specialist rankings: Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR1000, ITR WorldTax and WTR1000.
