With more than 25 years as a coach, senior human resources leader, and management consultant, Kimberly draws on her business experience and tools from across the fields of conscious leadership, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology, and human development to help leaders and their teams achieve great results. Kimberly has partnered with M2Leaders and Michael Melcher since 2008 in addition to running her own firm, Scalable Leader. Earlier, she consulted startups on building their human resources function, served as vice president of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, and was in the Global Human Resources Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kimberly has an MBA from Chicago Booth, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, is a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation, and holds a number of certifications including but not limited to Hay Assessments, The Hogan Assessment, Collective Leadership Assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Leadership Circle Profile 360, Teams & Culture Survey. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two stepdaughters, and their whippet.
