GOLAW (Ukraine) Leading Efforts to Establish EUETH
GOLAW (Ukraine) is leading efforts with a consortium of European, Ukrainian, and international experts to establish the European-Ukrainian Energy Transformation Center (EUETH). On October 25, 2023, the European Commission in Brussels hosted the official presentation of the European-Ukrainian Energy Transformation Center (EUETH), established by a consortium of leading international experts under the auspices of the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM). The event was held at a high level with the support and participation of Maroš Šefčovič, Executive Vice President of the European Commission, and Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine. The project is being implemented with the financial support of the Breakthrough Energy Foundation, founded by Bill Gates. The preliminary research was conducted by a consortium of European, Ukrainian, and international experts, including BBH Group, GOLAW, the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM), Yaroslav Mudryi Kharkiv National Law University, and Horizon². GOLAW, which has been an integral part of this consortium for over a year, was represented at the event by its founding partners Valentyn Gvozdiy and Sergiy Oberkovych.
