Lubaroff Award by the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee. This prestigious award, considered to be one of the highest honors that a business entity attorney can receive, was presented to Paul at the 2024 LLC Institute on Thursday, November 7 in Tampa, Florida.
