Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp (US: California, Los Angeles) is excited to share that at the beginning of June, an MSK team headed by Partner Mark Bravin won a $404.55 million district court judgment against North Korea for 119 victims of the USS Pueblo Incident. Richards, Layton & Finger (US: Delaware) is proud to announce that Director Mark Purpura has been appointed to Delaware’s newly established Blockchain and Digital Innovation Task Force. Senate President Pro Tempore David P. Sokola appointed Mark to one of three industry seats. The Blockchain and Digital Innovation Task Force was created by Senate Concurrent Resolution 143 to examine ways for Delaware to maintain and enhance its position as a leader in blockchain and digital innovation. Its work includes reviewing federal action on digital assets, including the GENIUS Act and rulemakings by the OCC, SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, and CFPB; assessing potential enhancements to Delaware’s existing blockchain framework for corporate governance and entity management; and considering regulatory frameworks that balance innovation with consumer and market participant protections. The task force will deliver a final report with its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and the Governor by July 1, 2027.

The firm also ranked in the following practices: Corporate/Commercial, Labor & Employment, Litigation: General Commercial, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property. Additionally, 33 of the firm’s attorneys were recognized in Rhode Island Monthly’s 2026 Professional Excellence in the Law Awards.
Dunton Rainville (Canada: Quebec) announced that it has been named in the 10th spot in the Top 25 Largest Law Firms in Quebec ranking by Les Affaires, even climbing to 6th place when considering only firms with headquarters based in Quebec. This milestone illustrates the firm’s steady progress within the local legal landscape.
Hall & Wilcox (Australia) has made a strategic push across its government and employment practices, appointing two new partners. Robert Watson joins the government team in Melbourne, while Emily Harvey is a new partner in the employment and workplace relations practice, based in Brisbane. The firm has also appointed experienced director Wendy Stops to its board, as an external member. The firm’s national depth of expertise was recognized, with 14 practice areas and 23 individual lawyers ranked in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide 2026, and 17 practice areas and eight individual lawyers ranked in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2026. Richards, Layton & Finger (US: Delaware) has announced that thirty-six of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized for preeminence in their fields by Chambers USA. The firm has more attorneys listed in the Chambers USA 2026 guide, and more lawyers ranked in Band 1, than any other Delaware firm. Chambers has also recognized six of the firm’s practice areas for excellence. In an additional category, Doneene Damon has been ranked nationally for Capital Markets: Securitization: Trustee Counsel, reflecting her leading role in advising trustees and other key participants in complex securitization transactions. Doneene was also named to the inaugural Forbes America’s Top Women Lawyers list. She is the only Delaware attorney honored with this recognition. In other news, the firm announced its recognition in The Legal 500 United States 2026 rankings, which includes the most lawyers (14) recognized of any Delaware firm. Firm directors Rudolf Koch and Blake Rohrbacher are recognized as Leading Partners in The Legal 500’s litigation category, and Srinivas Raju is named Leading Partner on the Delaware counsel side.

Robinson+Cole (US: Massachusetts) has announced that in the latest edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, the firm achieved significant recognition, securing rankings across multiple practice areas and regions, including a distinguished Nationwide ranking, underscoring the firm’s breadth of capabilities and national reputation. Chambers & Partners has ranked 33 of the firm’s lawyers and 13 of its practices, with two newly-ranked lawyers. Additionally, the firm announced the addition of four lateral partners—J.
