Registration (on/after August 2, 2025): $1,795 per person
Group Registration: $1,100 per person for 3+ attendees from same firm
Guest Registration (for Networking Receptions and Gala): $295 per person

Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation requests must be submitted via email to SCG Legal CEO Alina Gorokhovsky (agorokhovsky@scglegal.com). Any cancellations received on/by September 11, 2025 (a week before the meeting) will be refunded the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after September 11, 2025. Registrations not refunded can be applied to a future in-person meeting.

*The registration fee for the meeting is $1,795. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions, bringing the total to $1,848.85 if paying by card. If you would prefer to avoid the processing fee, payment by ACH or wire transfer is also available. Please contact Membership Coordinator Erin Kane (ekane@scglegal.com) for alternative payment instructions.

Our hotel room block is now closed and the Austin Marriott Downtown has increased its average nightly rate to $570. If you are still looking for accommodations nearby, below are several options with lower rates that are just a short walk to the Marriott.

Hyatt Place Austin Downtown – 4 min walk from the meeting hotel – avg room rate for Sept 18 – 19 stay $300 per night
Fairmont Austin – 7 min walk from the meeting hotel – avg room rate for Sept 18-19 stay $317 per night
