Early Bird Registration (on/by April 18, 2025): $1,595 per person
- Registration (on/after April 19, 2025): $1,795 per person
Group Registration: $1,100 per person for 3+ attendees from same firm
Guest Registration (for Closing Banquet): $295 per person

Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation requests must be submitted via email to SCG Legal CEO Alina Gorokhovsky (agorokhovsky@scglegal.com). Any cancellations received on/by May 8, 2025 (a week before the meeting) will be refunded the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 8, 2025. Registrations not refunded can be applied to a future in-person meeting.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: “A deposit of 2 nights is due at time of booking. Cancellations and reductions allowed until 21 days prior to the arrival date. 20 days prior to the arrival date, the total room nights reserved will be considered as guaranteed and charged to the credit card.”

- Sat, May 17 | Half Day Excursion > Cava Cellar Tour: If you are staying in Barcelona over the weekend, our host firm AGM Abogados will be organizing a memorable visit to Penedès, a renowned wine-producing region just 30 minutes from Barcelona. Join us for a sparkling wine (cava) tour led by a local expert guide and sommelier. This exclusive event offers a wonderful opportunity to strengthen connections with SCG member firms while savoring exceptional wines. The tour concludes with a traditional lunch, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
