Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy Exchange 3.0
| In line with the network’s ongoing commitment to embracing innovation and remaining at the forefront of advancements in the legal industry, we are excited to announce the launch of the second cohort of our proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy Exchange Working Group in partnership with Legaltech Hub (LTH), the leading insights and analysis platform for legal technology. |
2026 MEETING SCHEDULE
Meeting invitations — including Zoom details — should have been received by all who participated in the 2024 and 2025 cohorts as well as anyone who has since been suggested by their firm Voting Representative and/or expressed interest. Questions? Please email Administrative Assistant Margaux Army at marmy@scglegal.com.
February 26 Meeting
- During the meeting, participants covered how law firms are attempting to recover the costs of AI investments and explored ways to demonstrate that matter costs are decreasing, creating opportunities to justify and recover AI-related expenses. In addition, the group conducted a demo of Harvey Shared Spaces and held a discussion on client collaboration workflows and opportunities for additional client development efforts. Click HERE for meeting recording.
April 29 Meeting
- The group conducted a Vincent by Clio demo that showcased impressive AI-powered legal research capabilities, including the ability to generate jurisdiction-specific research answers, create 50-state or multiple countries surveys, compare laws across jurisdictions, retrieve cited case law and statutes, summarize court opinions and regulations, analyze and summarize documents, and assist with drafting tasks. Key takeaways from the demo included Vincent’s ability to improve lawyer productivity, help firms scale without proportional staffing increases, embed AI into existing workflows, and combine legal research, drafting, and workflow automation into a single ecosystem. During the meeting, the group also discussed the launch of Claude for Legal by Anthropic.
